Came upon a tote of catalogs and mail order booklets.  Mostly 1920's.  Mostly excellent condition for age.  Slightest tint of cellar smell that should "air out", no mold or foxing.  Variety of subjects, keep watch, will be listing a few here and there.
This one is MONTGOMERY WARD & CO. BUILDING MATERIAL.  Dated 1930, soft colorful covers, staples in tact, 64 pages including blank order form, mail in envelope, book is 8 1/2" x 11".  Filled with home building related products with prices and descriptions.  Very good condition, minor corner bends, small liquid stain on back cover top left, I see no writing.
