Scarce vintage creamer from Field's of Sidmouth department store, Sidmouth, England, made by Walker & Hall, Sheffield, circa 1934, heavy restaurant-grade silverplate with pierced hollow handle, the side engraved "Field's," 4-1/4" tall overall, the underside with maker's marks and date code for 1934. Scattered wear from normal use (interior heavily worn, with some loss to plating), otherwise very good condition overall.
A scarce and evocative early-20th-century relic from the tea room of this still-extant Sidmouth fixture, whose roots extend back to 1809.
