    Description

    Joseph P. Kennedy (1888-1969) on his way to assume duties as Ambassador to Great Britain meets with General Sir Gerald Campbell.  His term as Ambassador ended abruptly during the Battle of Britain in 1940 when he said Democracy was finished in England.
    Excellent condition.
