    is an ORIGINAL 1950's Chevrolet
    RETAIL ORDER FORMS FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE (25 TRIPLICATE SETS).
    The pad is complete with all 25 triplicate order forms intact. It has never been used. You will receive the top white sheet, onion (carbon) middle sheet and yellow sheet. They are dated 1-59 at the bottom of front cover and on the top left corner of each sheet. These were filled out by the salesmen when you purchased a new or used car or truck. The front cover shows some minor soiling from age. The top blue band that holds the pad together has a small area at the top right corner where it is peeled back a bit from age. I do not sell reproductions, these are original Chevrolet. It's very hard to find a complete pad, no less one set. I've had this in my collection for over 35 years.
    Please note: There are absolutely NO returns if you tear one or more pages from the pad. It must be returned in the exact same condition as received.
