This safety device is used to keep the wind, spectators, judges or yourself from accidentally unlatching your hood, resulting in cracked fiber glass from the hood slamming down. Don’t settle for a nut and bolt to secure your hood when you can use this classy looking set. With the hood up, simply place the ¼ inch clevis pin through the hole that lines up in the hood support.
