1963 Chevrolet PK Historical Title /Certificate For Motor Vehicle.
Truck was towed back in 2008 because the city of Saint Paul had it out for me and said the truck was parked over 48 hours on my own driveway and said it was abandonment,I did not have the money to get it out of impound lot.
This STATE OF MINNESOTA Certificate Of Title For a Motor Vehicle  Has no ink on it from me or anyone else,Title does have imperfections but is in very nice condition.
The two cigarettes are for covering my name only and the cigarettes don't come with the title,Title don't smell like smoke or any other odors.
