This is a vintage 1993 Hess Patrol Car.  Features include:  dual sound siren, pulsating headlights & emergency flashers and real head & tail lights.  Plastic.  About 10 1/2" long x 4 1/2" wide x 4" tall.  Runs on (2) batteries (not included).  Not for children under 4 years of age.  Excellent condition (small scratch on roof, otherwise looks unused).
