    Description

    This is a 3D printed model of George Lawson’s original steerable fender 1946 Tucker Torpedo concept. The Torpedo was the first Tucker design Preston Tucker introduced to the public in 1946 and is the one that created the massive fanfare for what would eventually become the Tucker 48.  The model is 1/60 in scale and features the beautiful silhouette of the Tucker Torpedo design. The model is created using an SLA printing process which finishes with a very smooth surface vs. other 3D printing methods.
    This item is being offered by Preston Tucker LLC, a company started by Sean & Mike Tucker who are Preston Tucker's Great Grand children; own a piece of history and help keep the legend of the Tucker alive!
