This pasta is simple to prepare. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add a pinch of salt to taste. Use about 4 quarts of water for each pound of noodles to ensure they don't stick together while cooking. Add in the pasta whole, without breaking, and gently stir it. Allow it to cook for 8-10 minutes or until it is al dente, a little chewy. Then drain the pasta and serve it with your signature sauce.
