8 Vintage Horse Brass Medallions on 36" Black Martingale Leather Strap Needs TLC

Vintage Black Leather Martingale Strap with 8 Brass Medallions
Very heavy duty martingale measures  3' x 4"
The original leather strap that holds the medallions is deteriorating and
needs to be replaced, also the glue holding the brass ring needs redone.

Prince of Wales Feathers
Crown
