Vintage AUTO-THEFT Signal System Security Car Device Wheel Lock Miller Chapman. This is an old anti auto theft car boot made in the early 1900s. The brass label says patented 1914, but may not have been produced in that year. It’s in very good condition considering age and retains most of its original paint.
