HESS 1990 Toy Tanker Truck Mint In Box

Description

Mint in the box. Never played with.
In 1990 it was tested to make sure it worked, then the batteries were removed. Batteries were replaced today, (8/15/22) for testing. Works as it should.
Box shows scuffs from storage.
Ships to the lower 48.
