    Description

    Hess Toy Patrol Car 1993 MIB
    This car was obtained from the private collection
    of an avid HESS collector. It is in MINT
    condition. The box is also in good condition although
    some may show shelf wear from storage.
    There may be some dust on the item as some of
    them are over 20 years old. The car has been
    removed from the box for photography and to
    remove batteries to avoid leakage. All battery
    compartments are clean and all functions of the
    truck have been tested.
