The ornament was designed and produced to help support their Horse of the Year Program, all 500 were given to NKT to sell, with them keeping the majority of the proceeds for their organization.

This Authentic USA Isabel Bloom ornament comes with a complimentary new acrylic display stand for your sculpture to sit on when it's time on the tree is done. It also comes with it's own NKT Info Card & Bloom Story Card, comes with both a white translucent ribbon in a bow for a hang ribbon, and a twine cord for a hang ribbon, it is enclosed in a clear cellophane bag, adorned with two holiday-themed colored ribbons in generous bows (Dark Blue & White), it also has a special vintage holiday ribbon tag thanking the customer on one side with holly & the IB company logo on the other side attached to one of the ribbons. This ornament is in mint condition front and back. NEW IN BAG - NEVER USED.

The business went through its second sale - making Isabel no longer an owner in 1995 - so no ornaments were made that year. Ornaments made after 1996 were all designed by Isabel's protege (now lead Designer and Co-Owner) Donna Young. Isabel passed away in 2001. I have had the pleasure of meeting both Isabel and Donna and cherish both their works.
