    Description

    Historic - Vintage
    Pinback Button
2 1/4"  with safety pin back - Made in the USA
In the late 1970's, a young couple, Stu and Marlene
Feinstein began an incredible journey with their company,
    LeCLIQUE
From 1977-1979, LeCLIQUE staged the most outrageous
parties the NYC club scene had ever experienced and
young New Yorkers lined up to become part of this movable
feast of fantasy. By the end of 1979, well over 100,000
party animals made up the strongest, strangest and most
potent nomadic party machine ever.  The Press tagged Stu
as "The Merchant of Fantasy" and when PLAYBOY did its
two pictorial features on the Disco Revolution, one was
STUDIO 54 and the other was LeCLIQUE.
    We are proud
that we were LeClique's button supplier.
The unique and clever trademarked design made this
pinback a very popular and sought after collectible.
Made for LeClique by Fox Buttons in 1977
    From the collection of
Larry Fox, "The Button Man" (MEMBER - APIC)
