Original Politically Themed Poster Circa 1970 - Skeleton on I.V.

This listing is for a vintage politically themed poster circa 1970.
This poster features a skeleton on an IV. I'm not sure if the skeleton is receiving fluids/blood or giving blood and I can't find any similar images or themes online to compare it to.
This poster came out of a recently found collection of politically themed ephemera from the late 1960's and early 1970's that had been stored for many years in an abandoned house. Many of the posters were Marxism/Communism themed and I'm thinking this was also. Feel free to let me know if you have more information on this image than me!
This poster measures approximately 18" x 24".
This poster has a musty smell and has condition issues such as small tears and wrinkles/folds. Please see pictures for details.
This poster has been stored rolled for a very long time. It will be shipped rolled in a poster tube.
