    Is an ALUMINUM ESCUTCHEON, FLANGE, DRESS RING.... What ever name you would like to call it. It drops over
    YOUR
    pipe (pole) on to your base to dress things up (it covers your less than perfect welding job :>) on your
    parking meter or
    drive-in speakers display.
    You are bidding on the ALUMINUM FLANGE in the FIRST picture ONLY
    , the additional pictures are to show you how it is used and what it will look like on your display. The outside diameter is 7-5/16" and the inside hole is 2-7/16", shipping weight is 13 oz.
    With a little "elbow grease" you can really make this Aluminum flange SHINE, or prime and paint it your favorite color!
