, a vintage, colorfully painted handmade protest rally / antiwar "Peace sign' on heavy canvas, mounted on wood across the top. From the protest capital of the United States, Madison, Wisconsin! Unknown when it dates to. Possibly as far back as the later part of the anti-war movement against the war in Vietnam, perhaps Desert Storm, or later. Banner weighs just under 3 lbs. without packaging and measures about 64" x 27" For conditions, review the photos closely using the magnifying tool / zoom in. Painted Peace banner on canvas, in used, but great shape relative to its age and intended use. Has age, use and storage related wear. Frayed ends, minor surface wear and wrinkling. Banner at least 15 - 20 years old, if not older and it has been rolled for several years. Top of banner has wood support with pegs, so it can be hung up or held, like in a protest march!
