Description
PROTEMAS Proteina de Soya Texturizada (3 paquetes)de 4.23 oz cada uno. Es libre de grasa saturada, colesterol y es alto en proteína. Buena fuente de ácido fólico, fosforo, calcio, zinc, y hierro. Usualmente se usa como un substituto de productos cárnicos (i.e. carne de res o pollo).
Proceso de Hidratación:
Vierta el contenido en una olla con tapa.
Agregue 1 1/2 tazas de agua hirviendo.
Revuelva y tape, déjese a fuego medio bajo por alrededor de 15 a 20 minutos aproximadamente.
Cada 5 minutos revuelva el contenido.
Cuando el agua se consuma y la soya este de consistencia firme pero no dura esta listo para consumirse.
Como sugerencia
durante la preparación de la soya agregue sus condimentos preferidos como sal, pimienta, picante, especias, etc. También puede agregar verduras y vegetales como tomate, cebolla, papas, arebejas, zanahorias, etc.
La sugerencia es que utilice la soya como un substituto de carne o pollo.

PROTEMAS Textured Soy Protein, Vegetable Protein (3 packs of 4.23 oz each) is free of saturated fat, cholesterol and is high in protein. Good source of folic acid, phosphorus, calcium, zinc, and iron. It can be used as a substitute for meat products (i.e. beef or chicken).
Suggested Hydration Process:
Pour the contents into a pot with a lid.
Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.
Stir and cover, simmer on medium to low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Every 5 minutes stir the contents.
When the water is consumed and the soy is firm but not hard, it is ready to be consumed.
Another suggestion is that during the preparation of the textured soy add your favorite seasonings such as salt, pepper, hot spices, etc. You can also add greens and vegetables like tomato, onion, potatoes, peas, carrots, etc.
Basically the flavor of the textured soy will depend on the spices you'll use to prepare it. Research online for several recipes and ways to prepare it.
