    Extremely Rare Mississippi Vehicle Registration Mounting Plate & Original Registration for a 1928 Buick Sedan. Top of Mounting Plate Says "Do Not Open. Unlawful To Open Except By An Officer". The Bottom of the Plate Says Mississippi 116502. The Original Registration is for a 1928 Buick Sedan that was Registered to Mrs. Belle H. Dotson in Clay County Mississippi. It Shows She Purchased the Vehicle 09/01/1927. There is Minor Tearing on the Registration But the Vehicle Information and Signatures are Still Legible. Some Rust on Mounting Plate.
