These are 1 piece safepacs.. In other words theyre machined from one 11 inch piece of aluminum...Im just starting these.( first pic is the 1 piece unit
Take apart the 2240 , assemble the valve rear , valve stem , valve spring and safepac as one unit.. Slide that back into the 2240 tube , secure the bottom 6-32 screw to the valve , fill with air and shoot.. very simple.. These are user friendly , no drilling , tapping , cutting , or alterations needed.. mindless conversion to HPA
My advise is fill to 1800 , have a power adjuster installed and tune from there before going to higher pressures.. Adding a discovery valve stem is a good upgrade thats easy to do.. Familiarity with the 2240 dissasembly and reassembly is key to using the safepac. ask questions. one unit included.
A FREE service, if you dont think you can get it assembled , you can send a 2240 valve , ill asssemble it and add 1000 psi sealed, ship it back so all you have to do is slide it into the gun.. You do have to pay for shipping the valve to me ( 3-4bux _
