    You are bidding on an early 3" diameter copper disc with advertising on the front for P.A.S.C.-Pioneer Auto Service Corp.  It has 2 small holes for mounting, but I am not sure where it was mounted.  It has been used, and is in very good plus condition with just a bit of paint loss.  Neat and early piece.
