unknown year - but by the graphic's & type I think it is at least 50's or older.
Book is shaped in the form of a key.
Measures: approx.11" across x 6.5" tall
The pages inside include a story of A Visit To Santa's Toy Shop,  Santa's Drawing Puzzles, pick out the right answer to questions, magic pictures, finish  the picture,  and many other fun things for children to do.
The finish the pictures have been done but very neatly (see photo's).
There is a very light red pencil mark most likely made by a child on back cover under Santa - photo #2 ( not bad - it might be removable)
Part of the top binding is starting to separate (see last photo) but pages are in strong and are not falling!
This is a very unusual collectable piece of vintage Ephemera!
Overall I think it is still in really nice vintage condition for it's age.
I purchased it a few years back and have stored it in a binder where I keep my collections for safe keeping!
