This is for a vintage ballpoint pen-it is marked harvey-it is about 5 1/8"-it is silvertone with black letters-it is advertising chevrolet-this one is from Kelly chevrolet company merrill neb.-it needs a ink refill-i do not know the exact age or really to much more about it-i bought and buy all of my stuff at local estate sales-i tried to buy things that were and are very clean-this is from one mans collection-he took very well care of his collection-a family member had these for the last 20 years in nice dry storage-all i did was sort some of them and basically wipe off surface dust-they all need ink refills but they click or twist and turn-they are basically one of a kind as they are most from small towns in the west-please ask if you have any other questions also fee free to make a offer
