It may have been given as a promo item from a Studebaker Automobile dealership.
This one is from Jim Baird Motor Sales in Warren, Ohio.
It’s imitation leather (vinyl I assume) and measures approx. 3 by 3 ½ inches when folded closed.
It’s a simple design with a metal clip to hold the bills and a single pocket.
