    Description

    Offered is the Original WWII Application for benefit for WAR CLAIMS ACT OF 1948. Claims as a result of the WWII Japanese occupation of the Philippines. This "Claim Form" from a Guiamad Moning who states he has unpaid wages for labor in the construction of Cotabato landing field and procuring food supplies for the Japanese forces from Nov 1942 to Oct 1944. He also claims loss and seizures of real property as detailed on the claim form.  Signed by him and witnessed by two other parties. We have more of these WWII WAR Philippine CLAIMS ACTS that we will be putting up on ebay in the future. Keep looking for them. All very interesting and all one of a kind documents. Never see anything like this before.
    Measurements are 8 1/2 x 13 inches and the document is in very good condition.
