Our pasta is flavored with all-natural flavors like spinach, garlic, and sun-dried tomato powder. This adds flavor to the dish, enhancing the sauce used, or eliminates the need for sauce at all.
All our different pastas are crafted with bronze die cuts, which leaves a rough texture on the exterior. This allows for the pasta to hold sauce better, making for a heartier and more flavorful dish.
Our Artisan pasta is handmade by professionals to ensure that only the best ingredients and processes are used to produce a quality product with much better flavor, while the integrity of the wheat is preserved.
The process of making artisan dried pasta is slower, but it consists of hand-mixing the ingredients, rolling and extruding the dough, hanging each piece by hand, and drying the pasta in an air static drying room, over a 24-hour period lowering the heat and humidity gradually.

ZPasta was started by crafting and making pasta sauces. Due to the lack of quality pasta available, we then began making Artisan Pasta. We produce all pasta in small batches, ensuring we put a lot of quality, care, and attention into each batch since 1996.
Our pasta is extruded through bronze cut dies which leaves a rougher surface on the exterior of the pasta. This not only allows for more water to flow in and soften the starch during cooking, resulting in a perfectly tender piece of pasta, but it also gives a perfect surface for sauce to adhere to unlike normal pasta. Due to the handmade process and quality ingredients, the integrity of each ingredient is held strong from beginning, to the end of being packaged.
