"Vintage" Marshall Truck Tire Stand by Triest Mfg Works Inc. Philadelphia

The Buyer will receive one (1) "Vintage" Marshall Universal Truck Tire Stand by Triest Mfg Works, Inc of Philadelphia, PA 19122.
After many hours of research on this item, I stumbled upon the United States Patent for it dated April 13, 1976.  The inventor was Don J Marshall of Edgewater, MD.  The patent was filed for on Sept. 4, 1974.  My assumption would be that as the manufacturers tag does not mention the patent number, that this may have been produced before the actual patent issued date.
As two of these items are available, there is only one with the manufacturers tag on it.  So, the one you purchase may or may not have that tag on it.  (Sold the one with the tag on it, so the remaining ones does not have a manufactures tag on it.  However, it looks exactly like the one that did.)
